They were on time, made sure to confirm all the areas in my house that were affected by the water. Once flooring pulled up they set up fans & dehumidifier & came back everyday to check the floor, baseboards & drywall. Extremely nice & professional.

Pablo and his team were prompt, professional, friendly and efficient every step of the way. We had a mold issue, and within 2 days they were on-site working. A few days later, our home is mold free and just as good as new! Thank you guys!
Our home flooded which resulted in near total loss for our kitchen, dining, entrance, study, and formal living room. From our wood floors, to our cabinets, and walls - it had to be ripped out. Service Master removed the stress by working directly with our insurance agent to ensure everything was covered (tear out and rebuild). Pablo was such a pleasure to work with on the demo team, and Tyler did a fantastic job working with us on the rebuild. We felt heard and attended to throughout the process. Would highly recommend.
