Tom and Rob are fantastic to work with. When we first met, I got the impression they were good people by how the presented themselves. Throughout the multi-week experience, due to a situation in my crawlspace, my wife and I asked questions, shared stories, and my dog (who hates everything outside of the house) quickly warmed up to them.
