I used this amazing team back in 2022 In BLOOMINGTON, INDIANAand I’m about to use them in 2026. They work so very hard and efficient in 2021. The day they worked was 100° and this apartment they had to clean out was filthy and they cleaned it immaculately. They had to tear out of carpet in five rooms. They cleaned the walls. 5 stars isn't enough for ServiceMaster. I had a water damage situation in my living room - not exactly how you want to spend your week - and ServiceMaster showed up within an hour of my insurance company making the call. An hour. I honestly couldn't believe it. What really got me though was how calm and on top of things everyone was. You're standing there looking at your living room and your mind is racing, and these guys just came in, took charge, and made you feel like everything was going to be okay. Because it was. We were in from out of town - needing some immediate support with a house cleanup ahead of a family member coming out of hospital. All on a tight deadline. Dusty and his team - Tony, Matt and all the gang - were the height of professionalism every day.
