We had water damage from a burst pipe that caused extensive damage to the ceiling, walls and flooring of our house. ServiceMaster was able to get out there within several hours and start the cleanup process. Dusty walked me through the steps of demolition and renovation process. He was especially good about communicating their progress. ServiceMaster made a stressful situation much easier and I am very appreciative of their help!

We highly recommend ServiceMaster! We were so impressed with our experience with ServiceMaster, (Dusty Beane), the team sent to set up the drying process, (Matthew Brooks), and our daily visits with (Tony Hale) to check on the ongoing process. ServiceMaster helped us during a nearly devastating water loss a few years ago. Their team was very communicative, supportive, and helpful throughout the process. My only wish is that they did restoration as well, we were left not knowing exactly where to turn next during a first (hopefully only) in a lifetime event.
