Drew Brauer and his colleagues were impressively competent handling the damage to my kitchen floor (a long-undetected water leak from dishwasher): they mediated with my insurance company (Nationwide) and with Schmidt Flooring. Servicemaster is an absolutely horrid company. They are disorganized (we had 5 project managers over the course of 18 months), they have negligent contractors (one of their plumbers killed our cat), they took our items to clean them, lost an item, and now refuse to contact us back to return the item or pay for its replacement. We have contacted our latest project manager, Mark from contants AND have emailed Mark the owner and have gotten no responses back. At this point, it seems very much like theft. I meet a worker told me about what they do there he was sooo nice Tyrone B
