Both Chris' and helpers were great! They answered all of our thousands of questions and gave us some great advise to help clean up our flooded mess. They were very professional and on time daily! Can't say enough good things about this buisness! They did a great job drying up our house and even wiped up any drips their equipment made on its way out!

Joe, John and Jeffrey came to my home October 15th to clean and sanitize after a flooded basement. Their assessment was thorough. Their cleanup of all areas involved was fantastic. Fans were placed to start the drying process. Also a dehumidifier. They returned the next day to assess the drying process. Adjustments were made. The technicians were thorough, knowledgeable and very courteous. I highly recommend them. 10 stars💯

A driver lost control of his car and hit our house. Service master tried to over charge us for covering up the damage. Not a little. Buy thousands of dollars. After trying to sneak into a no bid contract. Claiming that their ridiculous bill was " industry standards" and what insurance companies allow. Which to me shows how they over charge insurance companies. Costing consumers in the end. They charged around $ 110. Per sheet of 4�8� 1/2 inch OSD. Which cost $ 12. At a lumber yard. It was a pleasure working with servicemaster. We had a basement flood and the process was professional and the best experience through and through we've ever had with a company. We got walked step by step through the process. Every team that came there was a walk through after the work by the person over seeing the project to ensure it was correct. If I could give 10 stars I would. Would absolutely be using them again and reccommend service master to others.
