The Servicemaster two-man crew today was excellent! They arrived on time, took a tour of the carpets with me and went right to work. They took time to scrub out nasty, dark stains and the carpet looked wonderful when they left. The pricing was fair and reasonable. I highly recommend this company and its staff to others.
Service Master Restoration was very good to work with. They were very quick to evaluate and complete the job. They were prompt to respond to questions I had in regards to the project, and very polite and professional. All my dad's belongings were moved with care and the project manager was always willing to listen to my concerns.
The crew has been great. They have been professional, knowledgeable, had good communication and have been thorough. The response to my house to start the clean up was within 2 hours, even thought it was after hours and a weekend.
We had a pipe leak at our bakery, and Service Master in Superior came to the rescue within a hour! They mitigated the issue quickly, cleaned everything up, and made sure we could get back to business without any major delays. Super professional and efficient, highly recommend!
