Jacobie Kennedy and Philip Solem have been working with mitigation to work towards restoring our floor after the water leak. They have been working together throughout the process and keeping us updated regarding restoration. At the end of the day they thoroughly clean up and vacuum leaving the place better than expected. Initial response of ServiceMaster was excellent. The flooding and damage done was cleaned up and was prompt! But the second half of the process...the recovery/restorative process was terrible! We could not get them to commit to come back and reconstruct the damage done, it took several phone calls and several no responses to phone calls to get any kind of commitment as to when they would come back to "reconstruct" the damaged area and what they did was very slipshod. The team was in my house within 45 minutes of calling on a Sunday. Came back the next morning to assess and mitigate the water damage. Very good communication through the whole process! Highly recommend.
John Burhite is scheduled to do work on our flooring after we discovered a water leak under the kitchen floor.
