Service master was by far the most incompetent restoration company that I have ever dealt with. Never showed up when they said they would be at my house. Didn't have a clue of what to do. Placed fans and dehumidifiers in my basement that were not placed correctly to dry out the walls. As noted by the supervisor who finally came to my house 4 days later and placed the fans in the correct places to dry out the walls, but charging me for 4 days of service! Lack of communication, did not answer callsor return texts.

Thank you Service Master for your help restoring our home from the water damage we had throughout the house. Aaron, Devin, Owen and other team members were on site within an hour. Their professionalism and knowledge were greatly welcomed. The team was respectful, trustworthy, thorough, and hard working. We are so impressed. Thank you so much for helping us!
