I contacted ServiceMaster Plumbing for an emergency warranty repair on my newly installed hybrid water heater. From my initial call to the completion of the repair, it was a true pleasure working with this company. The scheduler was both professional and personable. The field technician was very professional as well, even conducting extra checks to confirm that my incoming water pressure was adequate. 10/10 Juan Pesante

Matthew is a fenominal service technician whi not only know his job inside out but us very professional and proficient at what he does. He makes me feel comfortable explaining what needs tnecessary on my AO Smith 900, and why the repair is necessay. Thank you Matthew and great service

I want to start by giving full credit to the technician who came out. He did an excellent job; very professional, respectful, and knowledgeable. He diagnosed and repaired the issue quickly, and the entire job took less than 10–15 minutes. He definitely deserves 5 stars. My issue is not with the technician, but with the company, Service Pro – Residential & Commercial Plumbing Services.
