Horrible! 1) The snake tech came out and tried to snake my drain without and cutting head on the snake cable!!! which resulted in the drain still stopped up. When asked why he didn't have a snake head end on cutting cable he couldn't answer me! This resulted in another person coming out with camera and ran scope in 17 feet and then went outside in my yard with buzz detector and said it was stopped up outside the house! ServiceMaster was recommended to me by my Insurance Company. I contacted them due to an unfortunate collapse of my bedroom ceiling! I was put in contact with their Property Manager/Water Mitigation, who came to my home to assess the situation. He explained precisely everything that needed to occur; he indicated that there will be three stages to complete the process of restoring my property.
