Service Master Thunder Bay Division were fantastic to deal with. Chris was our representative and was so accommodating and professional which made a very stressful situation extremely manageable with his guidance & expertise. Highly highly recommend them.

Although they were quick to respond initially, they took quite a while to install the door even tho I was originally told that the replacement door was in stock. More upsetting was the fact the installation wasn't done to my satisfaction. There was damage to the drywall when the door was kicked in and they told me that I had said I would repair it, something I would never have agreed to as I don't know how to do drywall. I did say I'd replace the door casing, but nothing to do with drywall. So it was my word against theirs a... read more
