We got some water in our basement on the long weekend. We had guys here quickly cleaning things up and drying the floor on the holiday Monday! Picking out and ordering replacement materials was a breeze with the expert advice from Service Master. The flooring and painting was done quickly and to our satisfaction. Highly recommended!

We hired ServiceMaster of Thunder Bay to do a fairly extensive cleanup and remediation of my father's home after he passed away. Communication with Chris was good initially, and the price and timeline seemed very reasonable. I gave instructions about what was to be kept and that everything else could be discarded. I was mainly working from memory as I do not live anywhere near Thunder Bay. Upon inspection it looked like they did a pretty good job with a hard situation (mold, etc.). I can't thank Servicemaster enough for their immediate assistance and amazing customer service with helping my MIL at her home. After months of awaiting help from the insurance company's preferred vendor (with no help), I contacted Servicemaster regarding the flooding in the basement. We were highly impressed with our experience with Service Master from start to finish. We had an insurance claim for water damage. Chris McCauley opened the claim and was professional and prompt. When he left Heath Lybarger took over an d he was excellent. There was always excellent communication between Service Master, the trades and us. We knew what was happening when and what to expect. I had a burst pipe in one of my buildings and the insurance company sent out ServiceMaster. What a mistake that was. I have never seen such bad workmanship. The guys that came back to repaint the many parts of the floor that they missed even offered me the gallon of paint to do it myself. And the second time out they even missed some of the original parts. The floors were ruined by their machine that ripped up the commercial tiles on the floor and completely gouged holes in the subfloor. And they never fixed their mistakes.
