We were highly impressed with our experience with Service Master from start to finish. We had an insurance claim for water damage. Chris McCauley opened the claim and was professional and prompt. When he left Heath Lybarger took over an d he was excellent. There was always excellent communication between Service Master, the trades and us. We knew what was happening when and what to expect. I had a burst pipe in one of my buildings and the insurance company sent out ServiceMaster. What a mistake that was. I have never seen such bad workmanship. The guys that came back to repaint the many parts of the floor that they missed even offered me the gallon of paint to do it myself. And the second time out they even missed some of the original parts. The floors were ruined by their machine that ripped up the commercial tiles on the floor and completely gouged holes in the subfloor. And they never fixed their mistakes.

Called Service Master for a quote on a house clean up and was completely ignored. My calls were never returned.
