Technicians were courteous and very informative w hen they performed the water mitigation for my house. One of the techs removed the toilet and put it on our rug. I asked if it was empty and he said it's good. Trusted his judgment and when the mitigation was done the toilet was still there. After a week or so we noticed a foul smell coming from that rug. Absolutely worst experience. Nothing was completed on schedule, billing and communication were awful. They went through 4 project managers on my house on a project that was supposed to take 2 months and wasn't completely done until almost 6 months. Poor workmanship and unskilled workers washed plaster down my kitchen sink clogging the plumbing. The flooring still isn't right in my home and they won't fix it properly, over 2 years after it was installed, started having problems with it a couple of months after installation. T... read more

ServiceMaster of the Southside has been in communication with Mr. ********** to address his concerns. We offered to correct possible flooring installation issues however he declined our offer. The manufacture of the flooring material performed a onsite inspection of the flooring and found the issues with the flooring were caused by customer neglect.
