Service Master of the Berkshires were invaluable to us in the time immediately following our house fire. They were kind and professional, and guided us through the entire remediation process with skill and care.
I had a major flood in my basement after two weeks of heavy rain and called ServiceMaster when a friend recommended them. Lester and his crew did an excellent job pumping out the water and then drying out the basement to prevent mold. They were professional and very thorough, and a pleasure to have around. I recommend them highly.
