We had an excellent experience with ServiceMaster following a fire incident, particularly with Zach. Communication was outstanding—he kept us informed throughout the entire process and clearly explained the work being done. Everything was completed efficiently and to a high standard. Zach went above and beyond, even helping us navigate our insurance coverage by suggesting the right questions to ask. His professionalism, knowledge, and attention to detail made all the difference. Highly recommend!

Would absolutely never recommend, the employees were very nice but poor workmanship and very long timeline. After the job was done we messaged the supervisor about nails in our driveway twice and ended up with two nails in our tire that resulted in having to replace it on our dime. But what was worse was that after winter we noticed they hadn't re-caulked the windows! They did come do it after we messaged them, but had we not known it was supposed to be re-caulked who knows how much damage would have been done longterm.
