I will be recommending Service Master to others as I am very impressed with the level of service I received, and will use them again. I needed an emergency cleanup in my basement due to a sewer backup that had to be dealt with asap. The service team was very helpful, communicative & professional, and went above & beyond to help me get it done within hours of calling them, their turnaround time was incredible. Stay away! If you're going through insurance and are suggested servicemaster, just say no. They do a poor job, leave a mess, and charge an arm and a leg. They were on my property for all of 30 minutes to do "emergency work" , left 10% the way through, and gave me a bill of $3500??? REMEMBER, they work for the insurance, not YOU.
