I had all of my duct work cleaned. Curtis was very thorough and explained the whole process as he went along. I would highly recommend. it feels like fresh air in here!
I wish I could give 10 stars! We had major water damage from a leak in our refrigerator that damaged the kitchen, under the wall into the living room and through the ceiling into a bedroom below. ServiceMaster was so incredible to work with throughout the process. They were able to double what the insurance company wanted to pay and made sure everything was taken care of. Josh and his team are super responsive and professional. We can’t thank him enough and highly recommend them.
I can't say enough about what Service Master did for us. While we were at the hospital about to have our second child a pipe in our basement burst due to the cold weather and completely soaked our brand new, 2 month old, carpet and pad. **** talked me through all of our options, explained why a clean water flood was the best possible scenario, and what they would do in order to save the carpet and pad. Had SVM out to my house to clean carpets after a very big pet mishap. I was definitely worried my carpets would be ruined so I wasn't expecting great things. Well, I was wrong..**** was prompt and courteous and took the time and care to get every stain out of our carpets and there were A LOT of them. Was impressed by their professionalism and of above all the fantastic results. Would highly recommend this company to anyone.

Service master was the best carpet cleaner I have ever used!!! Not only did they care about the quality of their work in each room, but they were extremely clean and careful about every aspect of the job. We had a previous experience with ServiceMaster in May of 2013 when our home was struck by a tornado which destroyed 75% of our dwelling. Service Master responded immediately, the entire experience was 100% so when I discovered water on my lower level, fully finished basement carpet a few weeks ago I knew exactly who to call. I have had 2 expierences... one was a massive leak upstairs that destroyed the upstairs bathroom and the kitchen below... and most recently a different bathroom upstairs into the bathroom below. These guys came out quickly... helped stop additional damage by stopping the leak. They were courteous, respectful, and always willing to answer all our questions.
