Leaking pipes caused things to get a little too wet at my apartment, but ServiceMaster stepped in and took charge immediately. Quick response, great communication, and they made sure everything was cleaned up and dried out properly before they finished. Highly recommend.

We had a great experience with ServiceMaster when they helped us with water damage restoration in our home. Evan, the project manager, was incredibly helpful and truly went above and beyond to guide us through the process. He was responsive, kind, and made a stressful situation much easier. I would avoid using Service Master at all costs. I recently used them for a water intrusion issue. I agreed with them on a “do not exceed number” of $6,500. Months later, without zero further discussion, they sent me an invoice for nearly twice the amount. They acknowledge we agreed on the do not exceed number, but apparently continued to do work beyond the amount we discussed, never told me, and now are demanding I pay more than the amount we specifically agreed not to exceed.
