I worked with Service Master 20 years ago and am in need of assistance with a flooded bathroom. I spoke to the intake person who was very courteous. He set me up with Amanda, Evan and Jess! I worked with Evan to clean up after an upstairs leak damaged a ceiling a joist system. He and his team responded quickly and completed the initial tear out work in less than 24 hours! They did a great job isolating the work area and keeping everything else clean. They also worked directly with my insurance to make the process easy. I definitely recommend them.

While in the process of buying a home, we had some mold testing done and the numbers came back higher than we wanted. Evan Balcom was recommended to us and I'm so glad he was! He came out two days later and was so helpful in walking me through the process and helping me figure out what our next step was.
