Our high rise building downtown had a few frozen sprinklerheads, several units obtained water damage. Our property managementcompany acted quickly and got several trades in the building, servicemaster being one of the companies called in. Within the hour they had 3 managers and several crews. We booked service master to clean up after a glass balcony shattered. There was glass all over the ground and balcony. They were incredibly friendly and easy to work with, came prepared with the right materials, and did a fantastic job. They vacuumed up the glass on the balcony and ground, as well as the living room floor where some shards had landed from people walking through the room. I would absolutely use them again if the need arose!
One of the properties I manage experienced water damage from a burst pipe. ServiceMaster handled the job from beginning to end, it was a seamless process, we had a great professional experience.
