ServiceMaster of Greencastle did an amazing job cleaning my couch, stairs, hallway, and bedroom after my dogs had an accident on the couch. They were thorough, professional, and went above and beyond to ensure everything was spotless. When there was still a lingering odor on the couch, they came back a second time for free to clean it again—talk about great customer service! They even left me with a strong, fresh-smelling spray to keep the couch smelling great. I highly recommend them for any cleaning needs!
Highly recommend Service Master of Greencastle! During the height of a winter weather advisory the service technician (Danielle) arrived on time and cleaned my carpets with total satisfaction. Carpets looked and smelled great. Additionally carpet was mostly dry before the day was through. Win/Win!
