Keith came in and dried our home out wonderfully after a pipe burst. Unfortunately that’s where the good news ends. Scott Loudon was the manager overseeing our project. Randy worked specifically on our job. It took two weeks to complete the work. We had a hot water heater issue in our finished basement. Noticed the issue at 3pm. Called insurance to put in a claim at 3:30pm, and they put in touch with ServiceMaster. By 4:30, Mr. Mellott and his ServiceMaster team were here, boxing up all of our belongings, tearing out wet carpet, and setting up drying equipment. They were finished just four hours later.
