Service Master was very professional and quick to help for an urgent matter.
I had a flood that required new floors and a bunch of new drywall in my garage via an insurance claim. Even from the quote I wasn't happy with this company but my insurance basically forced me to use them. The actual construction crew was very friendly and did a pretty good job on the repairs once they actually got into the house but working with the project manager and billing team was a nightmare. Service Master did a excellent job on our water damage repair. Good, patient, men since we had to keep canceling due to sick kids.
The team was great to work with. They communicated daily with us and were able to answer any questions we had. Highly recommend
