Had Water Damage in Kitchen and could not lay flooring down cause moisture content of flooring was at 19 - 21%. Called Service Master because moisture needed to be mitigated! Tech came out and told me that moisture in Sub Floor was at 6 - 13% and that “No Mitigation” was needed. I bought a Moisture Meter myself and found it @ 19 - 21%. Flooring Company ended up installing a heater and blower to mitigate the Moisture themselves! I called Servicemaster because of their Reputation. Not Happy!
