The prior review is totally inaccurate. I have owned ServiceMaster of Brown County for 24 years. Throughout, I have worked with many people regarding reducing, and paying out balances for our services, at no interest to the homeowner. Anyone who works for me now (or in the past) will attest to that. If someone deems my behavior as rude toward them, it is only because they have failed to do what they promised to do, or signed a contract to do. BEWARE OF PRICE INFLATION and of very poor customer service after the job! They did a good job of helping with my issue and they came quickly (and I truly paid for it--out the nose)...but, for me the service does not end there. My contractor said to be careful--they will charge an arm and a leg. True that. 1 day of service = $1000. They wanted to stay for at least 3--I am sure that would have tripled the cost.
