I unfortunately experienced a burst pipe between my furnace room and kitchen. I had never dealt with anything like this before, and as you can imagine, I was extremely overwhelmed. Shane was an absolute gem. He was personable, professional, empathetic, and truly bent over backward to get everything cleaned up. My cabin had a water line break and it destroyed the upstairs floor and all of the downstairs including the ceiling boards. Everything downstairs to include furniture and music equipment was destroyed.. I call Bemidji Service Master and they were here, in a remote cabin on the lake in two hours!!
