I am a contractor and thing happen. We have had issues in the past when unexpected disasters come out of nowhere and we need help fast. Service Master of Anchorage is always our first call and quick to react before the situation worsens. We have had our fair share of water damage issues whether its setting a toilet wrong and walking into 2" of water on the lower level the next day, or removing baseboards from a wall and having a nail that has been in a water line for years come free and start spraying everywhere. Very very professional from start to finish! I was kept informed in all aspects of the project, there were some delays but ServiceMaster was right on it for every detail. I will have them back every time!!!
Roy and his crew at Service Master did an exceptional job dealing with damage to our house. They were quick to respond to our emergency, knowledgeable, and honest. They worked well with our home insurance company, providing all details needed for the claim. They were available whenever we had questions and got back to us right away. We felt that they took exceptional care to clean up our home when cleaning up a water leak. They will be my first call if something like this happens again.
