We had the misfortune of having our water valve break in our washing machine, and it flooded our laundry room and our storage room below. We called Servicemaster and they came out the next day. Julio was our project manager, and he was pleasant and very thorough with his inspection. The crew that came out, Edwin and Abraham, were great also, quickly setting up the equipment needed to dry everything. Very professional. Came out the same day as our flood. Julio, Sandra, Leo, Dorian, and Dennis did a fantastic job getting us dried out and flood damage removed. The calls from the office kept us up to date when someone was coming out. The service techs always arrived in the time they said they would.
