My experience with Sam and the Service Master team was very positive! After our washing machine dumped a full load of water on the second floor of our home, we needed quick action. Sam was onsite soon after my initial call (same day) and began the initial assessment. The drying and dehumidification equipment was set up after the consultation and the process of drying our my house began. Sam was knowledgeable, friendly and compassionate. He took the time to make sure our needs were met. Thank you

In the subzero temperatures, we had a pipe break in our second floor bathroom which soaked our kitchen ceiling and rained quite a bit of water down on that area of the first floor. We went through this once before so after we shut off the water supply to the second floor we knew just who to call—Sam. He was here with his team early the next morning. I think this restoration company conveys a true reflection of their knowledge and experience within their field. It is clear they care about doing a job that will encourage consumers like myself to boast about it. I appreciate their service and attention to detail and I know from experience that you don’t always get the same service from other companies.
