My spouse took off of work to meet this company at 10a. They no called - no showed on her, so I had to take time to call them personally from my office. After 15 minutes of simply trying to figure out if they were running behind or still coming, I was finally connected to the woman (Linda) that originally booked the appointment who told me it "completely slipped her mind."
