They hit our parked car with the service van and never paid the damages so I'd say they are THE WORST. It was a company car that we bought 2 months after the accident. They didn't pay the company or me. My car still has marks from the service van.
The dry out for my home was noisy but very effective. They explained everything to me and told me I wasn't going to like the equipment running but it would not take long to complete drying my home. Nice work, quick response thank you.
Service was okay but the customer service was a joke, these folks are so unorganized!!!! Never make one on time appointment! Then one of kids from their crew who was “filling in that day hit me car. Now these outstanding Service Master people refuse to fix the damage. Nightmare experience and I’m now dropping my insurance provider for sending these clowns to my home, never again !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
