By far 1 of the worse company's I've dealt with they started out fine and went down hill fast after our house fire the insurance hired them .. they came in took all our belongings.. then did a very poor job of cleaning the walls etc . The inventory list of our belongings doesn't match there or our pictures.half the stuff never made it back they cant seem to update the list for the missing items even after several emails and texts...the stuff that did come back some was cleaned some wasn't,,company'sent my wife a email for a ... read more

Everyone understood the urgency of our situation and responded rapidly. I felt relieved for their fast response and comfortable that they knew exactly what they were doing. They were very polite and reassuring things would be better. They were right.

Owen, Hunter, and Luis were great about working around my schedule when addressing moisture levels in my ceilings after water leaks in the attic, a result from roof damage caused by 80mph winds during a tornado warning. Thanks again

Oscar and his crew are great! I love how I was able to talk to him directly via text. He always got back to me with any questions in a timely manner and was so helpful! He and his crew were pleasant to work with, and did their job efficiently! He also let me ask his advice around the house that wasn’t covered by insurance so I will be calling him back for another project soon! Thank you Oscar Hernandez and service master team!
