I recently moved to an older home in Irvine. We didn't know until after moving in that there was a huge mold problem behind the walls. Well trained crew. Clean and respectful. We were kept in the loop as regards time frames. Oscar Hernandez was extremely helpful throughout the reconstruction process with numerous site visits. The various sub contractors were all knowledgeable.

My water heater broke in my basement and I was very stressed, But Hunter, Owen, and Fernando with service master knew exactly what to do and so very helpful, their communication skills were excellent, they were very patient and very knowledgeable in explaining the process to me.
