Called to schedule to have someone out and they put me off for over a week and they just stop returning my calls after trying to figure out when they were gonna make it out.
Process to begin cleanup of my flooded basement began 2 hours after I called and work was started and completed the following day. Timely, thorough and professional.
Great group of guys, efficient and careful with everything after the kitchen flooded. I actually worked with the owner as well and John is very understanding and will work with insurance co to help out all he can. I’ll add photos later before and after
