I had a terrible flood in my house. Response was awesome at the cleanup with very neat employees in uniforms coming in with equipment to remove water and wetness. This had to be done 3 times. I had absolutely no complaints. After cleanup and insurance approved restoration, owner Bruce Boyd, approached me and said they also specialized in reconstruction. I had a disastrous water leak under my bathroom vanity. After the leak had been located and the jackhammer had done its work tearing up the bathroom floor, I called ServiceMaster of Florence. They were instrumental in assuring that the end result was a bathroom that I could be proud of. This company pays attention to details, which is a scarce commodity these days.
