Called them with minor water damage in basement. They came, did not give an estimate and started work. The quality of work seemed ok. When we got the bill, it was outrageous. They overcharged for more equipment than was actually used. They also overcharged for time spent than was actually spent. Tried to talk with them about adjusting bill, but they would not.
