For Viri & Edward from SERVICEMASTER RESTORATION JUST LEFT MY HOME AFTER PACKING UP MY KITCHEN &DINING ROOM AFTER A BAD LEAK ON Thanksgiving. They were so polite and really worked hard to pack up all the cabinets and furniture, and may I add they were very quiet and respectful. GREAT JOB ETHICS FOR SURE!! GIVE THEM THE MOST STARS FOR THEIR COMPLETION OF A VERY MESSY JOB!!

Daisy and Andy were so kind, helpful and courteous. They answered every question thoughtfully and addressed every concern pertaining to our water leak in our house. We would use Service Master everytime in need.

I definitely felt like I've been misled into a price only to dramatically change the price afterwards. They have questionable business practices of running the Ozone generator at 80% capacity for limited hours. Then they charge you again for them to run it at 100% capacity for the full duration of the machine. Why not start at the full capacity from the start to avoid having to come back another day?
