I definitely felt like I've been misled into a price only to dramatically change the price afterwards. They have questionable business practices of running the Ozone generator at 80% capacity for limited hours. Then they charge you again for them to run it at 100% capacity for the full duration of the machine. Why not start at the full capacity from the start to avoid having to come back another day? Then they mention that there is no difference in cost to run it again, which is obviously not true because they charged additi... read more
