We recently had a house fire and within a day they were there! We cant smell smoke anymore and the house is very clean. They were very professional and answered any questions we had! I would recommend them to anyone!
The crew was timely and efficient and seemed knowledgeable about the issues I had with water damage. They also well communicated the course of action and potential remedies throughout the process.
ServiceMaster gave us good service with superb documentation as to what they were doing and the costs. Very helpful in times of home emergencies.
I never leave reviews, but I am very disappointed with the service w this company. I called them yesterday morning and and they promised to call by today. Well, it's been 48 hours and no call. I have an inch of water in my basement. I called them just now and they said they don't know when they can come out. Thank god for friends helping pull carpet out. It's a disaster. No communication and failed promises. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
