ServiceMaster RESCUED US. Jackie, Viviana, Carlos, Cristian, Ozzie, and Efrain were great, effective, empathetic, and made this unexpected situation as painless as possible. My wife and I experienced a sudden and significant water damage incident in our kitchen. We initially reached out to the first "high-rated" mitigation company we found online for the El Centro area and began the mitigation and drying process with them. Staff was friendly, but that’s about it. I was left with a demolished shower after almost 3 months of slow or no progress. It seemed they were just after money. I would not recommend their services.
