On April 11, 2026, we had a serious water leak. Service Master by Roth was highly recommended to me by a trusted friend. We were very anxious and didn't know what to do. Project manager James assured us that he will take care of everything and was very informative. James ran the entire project like a symphony. The demo crew were great: Acencio, Daniel, Micha, and Triston. The cleaning crew worked as if they are family: Enrique, Jeremaya, and Nicko. Service Master in Bellingham seems to actually care about our fire-induced predicament. From restoring our precious family stuffed leopard…to spending extra time with us, guiding us through the arduous fire cleanup process …their demeanor and professionalism was only surpassed by their simple …. Horrible service!!! I would NEVER EVER recommend these people for anything! Damaged our home, didn’t reimburse nor did they replace what damages they caused. Reported these people to the state.
