Horrible service!!! I would NEVER EVER recommend these people for anything! Damaged our home, didn’t reimburse nor did they replace what damages they caused. Reported these people to the state.

We recently Rob from ServiceMaster Cleaning by Roth out to address a mold issue in our attic, and the experience was exceptional. Rob was incredibly transparent and honest. He wasn't interested in upselling us. Instead he spent the time informing us what he would do in our shoes. What really stood out was his depth of knowledge. He drew on decades of experience looking at homes in Bellingham, and was able to share a bunch of information about local mold patterns and what he’s seen in similar houses over the years. ServiceMaster has demonstrated superior customer service, excellent communication and thorough repair. Every step of the away they kept us (Customer) informed of the progress. Technicians were timely and always gave a heads-up call prior to arrival which is exceptional. ServiceMaster handled our water damage cleanup promptly and professionally. Their team completed thorough water extraction, drying, and mitigation while following proper restoration protocols. Communication and documentation were clear and detailed. When our insurance adjuster was scheduled, the ServiceMaster project manager met on-site at the same time to walk through and explain all work completed, which was extremely helpful. We were very satisfied with their professionalism and would highly recommend their services.
