What a fantastic company! It is responsive, kind, and caring, and its service is way above expectations. My neighbor Dorthy’s pellet stove caught on fire yesterday; she is 97 and doesn't want the inconvenience of being removed from her home. We got her out of the house last night, but that was a one-and-done. She was back home this morning with her heels dug in to stay.
