The staff a Servicemaster Cleaning and Restoration provided great service and worked very closely with my insurance adjuster to ensure my water mitigation project and the subsequent construction were done as quickly and efficiently as possible. Special thanks to Tina, Hassan, Mike, Gerardo, Adam and Joe who took great care in safeguarding my property during the project. The company and staff are very professional and responsive. Our experience working with Service Master was excellent from beginning to end. Our questions and concerns were answered promptly, and several dates were offered in order to schedule the cleaning that worked well for us. We were never pressured to add additional services to increase the cost, and the price we were quoted was the price we were charged. We recently had some difficulties with our insurance company due to a clerical error. Tina at Service Master went above and beyond her required duties to help us through it. She became our advocate and was there with us every step of the way. She could have rightfully just let it go, but she didn't. We will be forever grateful for the kindness she showed, and the results that came about due to that kindness. She truly is a "Master of Service!" :)
