Used the company previously for my business (2019) without any issue however this Spring the company was hard to get a hold of and would not call back. When receiving a call back and setting up an appointment the company then did not show. Attempts were made to contact the company and I did not hear back in any fashion.

Difficult to rate since they were a “no show”.
They do a great job of cleaning my whole home while I'm gone. Tile and grout, rugs and carpet as well. Very trustworthy company.
We have a second home in Naples and I trust Jim every year to take care of my carpet, upholstery and rug cleaning. He has a key to our place and before we get there he takes care of everything. When we arrive everything is spotless.
