The technician from ServiceMaster Clean of Guelph Carpet Cleaning is superb - courteous and punctual like a Swiss clock. He came out to clean an area of the carpet. After the first cleaning, I found that the smell continued to linger and brought it up them. They promptly scheduled me for a follow-up and came out a second time to treat the carpet...Excellent work!!!!

The stairs look so clean! Kim provided great service. He explained the process well and went beyond our expectations. The cleaning product he uses is plant-based and food-grade. It is not toxic, and there was no chemical smell. It worked well on the area rug, too. very impressed.

Jes did an excellent job of cleaning our carpets. When it came to answering my questions, she was quick, friendly, and very informative. The machine used was significantly quieter than other carpet cleaning machines on the market. I wholeheartedly endorse it!

ServiceMaster Clean of Guelph worked really hard and was extremely proficient! They went out of his way to provide us with the most ideal help, and the rug looked surprisingly good when he was done! We will utilize A lot of Bless your heart!!!

I highly recommend ServiceMaster!! We had a small water leak that resulted in a lot of damage. We waited 2 days for the outfit that our insurance provider was sending us and nobody showed up. We took matters into our own hands and called Justin at ServiceMaster. He had a crew on site in less than 2 hours from the phone call! The crew were polite and personable.
