Scott is the one who did very cheap in service. At the end, he charged us more than it used to be. Also he asks the tip… Tip is something, should be added to bill, And that cannot be requested. Very cheap Scott and team.

We've been using this company since 2018 and I must say they've been a real asset to our daily operations. Like any industries they face their challenges, but their quick response and prompt attention to any concerns have been truly impressive. We're very happy with the company.
At our store the cleaning has been AWFUL!! Yesterday garbages were not changed once, where as the old cleaners, Bumper and Steve changed them at least 3 times a day!! The women's bathroom had pee on the floor in multiple stalls!! They do not listen to pages, although the 2 cleaners that replaced Bumper and Steve, we were told they dont speak english, so that makes that very difficult. Please get cleaners that will clean because our store is very dirty. Highly disappointing.
