We are stationed in San Diego but have a home in Yuma Arizona which got water damage. The Yuma team was HORRIBLE and I would NEVER recommend them. My husband has been deployed for the damage and duration of repairs, I'm pregnant and have two children. One of which has bad a medical condition. While in the hospital the Yuma team would call my phone 4 times within five minutes instead of working with our property manager. They were late to jobs, would leave early, not communicate. Filberto & the water mitigation group did a great & prompt job. The floor repair started out well until Jon Starr (Project Mgr) left for another job. ABL Const., who was sub-contracted to do the repair, did good work but were very slow to complete the work. After JR got involved things started to move towards completion. Rick from Service Master did a great job finishing the baseboard & other work in the bathroom (that ABL was supposed to do). I had a water leak with a lot of damage. The men who came were very perfessional. Answered all my questions and got me through the process of taking out damaged areas and drying out anything that could possibly still be damp. I would hire again in minute.
Excellent service and very professional. They completed the restoration job on my house as per contract and exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend them!
As a licensed, and insured flooring contractor who has performed work for SM, they treat contractors horribly. Unable to pay any invoices anywhere close to 30 days. Disorganized and extremely poor communication. Will never do business with them again.
