I recently had them clean my windows as well as clean and seal my tile and grout. The windows looks like someone cleaned them with a dirty rag. Its hard to imagine, but some of the windows actually look worse now than before they came. Seriously, I will have to have someone come out and do them over. The individual that cleaned my grout took a pea size chip out of my grout while scrubbing it, and then very sheepishly proceeded to try and convince me that it had been there all along.
