Use this company! You won't go wrong! I received mitigation, demo and restoration services after my upstairs neighbor left water running and flooded our kitchen and linen closet. The contractor that ServiceMaster hired provided outstanding work from start to finish! All the workers in each stage were outstanding. They all worked well together and we all felt like friends when it was over. All questions and concerns were always addressed.

My basement flooded during a recent rainstorm and Service Masters did my mitigation. Their communication, timeliness and professionalism was fabulous throughout the entire process. They're also very reasonably priced. They've also taken care of many of my (insurance) clients post flood, fire, pipe burst, etc... and have done a great job. From fire pack outs, to mitigation and clean up. They're easy to work with and one of the preferred services by many of my adjusters!

ServiceMaster Rapid Response absolutely deserves five stars. We had a water emergency in our basement, and their team was on-site fast, fully prepared, and incredibly professional. It’s been a while but just noticed even more of my stuff that’s missing since they came in my home. Just threw my stuff in boxes without care after not informing me I had to move the items. Broke many things. My 100ft plus extension cords all disappeared and we were missing multiple video games after they came in. Will not use them ever again.
