I was so impressed with the response, courteousness, and professionalism that I experienced with every person at every level of communication at our local ServiceMaster. The technicians were so prompt, thorough, and efficient and performed above our expectations. I hope I don't have another water damage event, but if I do, I definitely know who I will call!
ServiceMaster called the office15 mins before to confirm I would be available. They arrived promptly on time. Workers were courteous and did their work well. I was pleasantly surprised at how efficiently they did their work. Would highly recommend!
They are always friendly and professional at Service Master. Sarah is so nice to talk to for the scheduling and the carpet techs have been dependable, easy to work with and know what their doing. This is our choice everytime. Never have we been disappointed. Prices are fair too. Highly recommend them.
They got right out to my house and got the basement drying after a water leak. The guys were very professional and thorough about the job. I would highly recommend them!
