5 Stars! Got a text message the morning of our scheduled service that our tech was on his way. Another text upon arrival. We had every inch of carpet in the house cleaned. Tech did a great job and put extra time to get stains out.
Five stars for Service Master! I was extremely impressed with their response time. Within an hour, Sid was at my house assessing the damage, even though insurance dropped the ball and let it go on for far too long, he was there to get started. He was incredibly thorough in explaining the drying process and setting up the equipment and answered all my questions. His team went out the next day to remove and dry the affected areas.
