The Service Master team did a timely job of responding to our water leak through a quick and comprehensive mitigation of the damage. Then, one member of the team, Jorge, led the efforts to restore our home. Jorge did a great job of leading the members of this new team! And he was calm during times of great stress, putting up with customers like us who wanted our home back to normal yesterday. I enjoyed all the workers, who worked hard under Jorge’s management! I highly recommend ServiceMaster.

ServiceMaster is a top notch mitigation company. My basement was flooded and they came in and removed all the saturated items and clean, dehumidifier, and relieved me of having to do this myself as I am elderly. The crew was fast and friendly. Good management. Thank you so much. I highly recommend this company in Topeka Kansas.

Office staff was great about staying on top of communication and getting me scheduled. David did the actual work. He was very kind and did a great job getting everything removed.

Use this company! You won't go wrong! I received mitigation, demo and restoration services after my upstairs neighbor left water running and flooded our kitchen and linen closet. The contractor that ServiceMaster hired provided outstanding work from start to finish! All the workers in each stage were outstanding. They all worked well together and we all felt like friends when it was over. All questions and concerns were always addressed.
