Five stars for Service Master! I was extremely impressed with their response time. Within an hour, Sid was at my house assessing the damage, even though insurance dropped the ball and let it go on for far too long, he was there to get started. He was incredibly thorough in explaining the drying process and setting up the equipment and answered all my questions. His team went out the next day to remove and dry the affected areas. Service master was so helpful & prompt. An other service told us we had a 2 month wait, service master was here the next week. They made everything so easy. My house smelled so clean & looked great. No more smoke smell.
