This group of people have responded quickly and showed up every day keeping close eye on how the floor was drying. Not once did they blow me off and Sid has been extremely helpful to walk me through this devastating situation. He is still processing my insurance claim so it is done correctly and efficiently as possible. I was so impressed with the response, courteousness, and professionalism that I experienced with every person at every level of communication at our local ServiceMaster. The technicians were so prompt, thorough, and efficient and performed above our expectations. I hope I don't have another water damage event, but if I do, I definitely know who I will call!

ServiceMaster called the office15 mins before to confirm I would be available. They arrived promptly on time. Workers were courteous and did their work well. I was pleasantly surprised at how efficiently they did their work. Would highly recommend!
