Kryan was so fantastic! It was a very difficult situation with a hot water heater bursting in the middle of the night! Kryan was very empathetic, kind, professional and respectful! His calming ways made me calmer and easier dealing with a tragic situation of 4 rooms being damaged! We recently had the pleasure of working with Service Master. No one likes to deal with a flood of water coming from an upstairs bathroom. However, Kyran and his team went above and beyond to make this disaster much easier to deal with. This company was contacted by our insurance, they were not careful with dismantling & removing any of our furniture. They damaged almost all of our furniture in some shape, way or form. My son’s dressers sliding doors won’t open or close properly, it was cracked in several areas. My bed is somehow missing one of the 4 legs and the backboard was not put back properly so I can’t safely sleep on it.
