ServiceMaster was at my house today cleaning my fireplace chimney and Dryer hose. They did a very good job and were very professional. I will definitely use them again.

I have to leave a negative review. I paid for carpet cleaning services for a townhome I was renting before departing on military orders. My landlord informed me the carpet was left dirty and had a strong musty smell as if dirty water had been used resulting in me, essentially, being charged a second time for further cleaning. I reached out to Service Masters several times about the issue and was very patient. Excellent company! We had a toilet line burst in the middle of the night and had water leaking we suspect for a few hours. ServiceMaster came the very next day and scoped out the work and very clearly explained the path to resolution. I was very impressed by the crew's professionalism, knowledge, and courteousness. They also did a phenomenal job of organizing and explaining the whole process of restoration, reconstruction, and working with the insurance company. Thank you, Rebecca for expediting service. I was truly in panic mode trying to clean my daughter's apartment( busy nursing student). I've got say I'm one satisfied customer! Your team of Jesse and Austin are incredibly dynamic. I'm truly grateful and appreciative of their friendly demeanor. ServiceMaster is an amazing company! I had a fire at my home and was told by my insurance agent to call ServiceMaster and they were quick, efficient, and made me feel that I was in good hands. And the job they did was amazing, my home looked better than it did before the fire! I would refer this company to any of my family or friends!!!
