Unfortunately, I have to leave a negative review. I paid for carpet cleaning services for a townhome I was renting before departing on military orders. My landlord informed me the carpet was left dirty and had a strong musty smell as if dirty water had been used resulting in me, essentially, being charged a second time for further cleaning.
