Sam from Service Master was wonderful. He arrived within 30 minutes of speaking on the phone. Gave us a quick assessment. His team arrived on time (actually early!) which was so helpful because I had to get to work. They treated the water damage in our basement very quickly. We were so thankful for the honest work that was done.
