One of my houses is vacant because it is for sale. When my realtor check on it he discovered it was flooded due to a leaking ice maker hose. I was out of town and powerless to do anything. Dan McCain to the rescue. He and his amazing team took care of everything including working with the insurance company. No worries at all on my end. Thanks for the amazing job from Dan and his Service Master team.

They do and recently did a very good and professional job of cleaning carpets. water remediation and mold remediation. Excellent, well-trained staff and a company I can always trust to do the job right.
They never showed up. They rescheduled multiple times and never showed.
Furniture was returned damaged, deep scratches in the dining room table and a large piece of wooden trim missing from hutch. Several emails were sent asking service master to contact my parents so they could ask questions & no one reached out to them. Dishes, knock knacks, & pots & pans were returned still heavily soiled with soot. They didn't show up when they said they were going to be there many times. I gave your company every opportunity to make things right with me. I called and asked to talk to an owner and I was given to Randy the manager. He was just as disrespectful and dismissive with me as was Chris Johnson in Marion. Lots of missed dates, no apologies and poor management. I now have items from my home that will not be reimbursed by my insurance because of your employees inability to document things properly.
Scheduling to actual cleaning: outstanding! Wonderful customer service and carpets and upholstery in better condition than I could have imagined.
