Ken Neverman, the owner was exceptional! When we had a family member that was diagnosed with cancer and was coming home from the hospital, he reached out to us! He made sure the carpets and air ducts were thoroughly cleaned to ensure that our family member was in as sterile of an environment as possible while at home. He even did this at NO COST to us and he organized it within two days and over a holiday weekend! Our family has been incredibly blessed by the generosity of Ken Neverman and his company. Thank you so much!

This process is taking entirely to long. should have NEVER given your company my check from insurance company. looks to me like you have more work than you can handle,. I could have hired sub contractors myself and been done already, could have saved thousands in the process.

I had water damage in my basement when my sump pump quit working. So glad I used Neverman Construction for both the cleanup and repairs! Their cleanup crew got here right away and worked very quickly and efficiently and all the guys were extremely courteous. They allowed me to schedule my repairs for a later time that fit my needs. The repairs couldn’t have been done any better! It’s like having a brand new finished basement, I love it!! Thank you Neverman! Highly recommended!
