We suffered water damage and our insurance recommended working with Service Masters. A pipe burst, flooding our kitchen and den. ServiceMaster came out with dryers right away and got to work. We needed repairs to a wall and under the house. Servicemaster was able to take care of that as well. All the folks we worked with, notably Mike Donnelly, Betsy Oesonez, and Eimy Vicente were very courteous, explained everything and did a very professional job. Take my word for it . . . save yourself time, money, and grief. Call Penco Restoration and NOT ServiceMaster TL;DR ServiceMaster ruined my carpet by not drying out my basement, they forgot about me, and they want me to pay them for ruining my carpet. I had a unique circumstance where I had 2 remediation jobs happening at the same time. ServiceMaster was doing one job and Penco Restoration was doing the other.
