The crew that came to my house went above and beyond my expectations. They were very courteous, friendly, and hard working! Cleaned my flooded basement in one afternoon and took away the damaged items when they were finished.
We chose ServiceMaster Restoration by Lewis Construction to pack, clean and repair an estate. Their staff was efficient, professional and most of all courteous. They kept our requests and concerns in the forefront the entire time. What would have taken us months (if not a year) to pack up our loved ones belongings took them a matter of weeks. The restoration portion of the project had the house move in ready (sold in 1 day). Highly recommended !

We were very disappointed with this company. They kept an appointment at my dad's home to evaluate mold abatement work that needed to be done, but despite 3 phone calls to office staff to request estimates, we never heard back from them. We were told twice that an estimate would be emailed to the email address we provided by "the end of this week", then "by next week", but we never received a call or an email. My experience with being employed with this company is unbelievable. Your not always put in the greatest situations but like I said before, it's the warm , comforting people that you work with that makes your night or day. Their called Co workers but most of ALL THEIR FRIENDS WHO ARE REAL FAMILY I LOVE ALL MY CO WORKERS.
Professional, knowledgeable, reliable and trustworthy--count on them for great results and fair pricing. Came through for me in two emergencies (water damage and slate roof lightning strike). Highly recommended!
