On a rainy Saturday morning I found 4 inches of water in my basement. We love our finished basement and was one of the reasons we bought our home 2 years ago. We called Service Master and spoke with Mike. Within an hour skilled men were here to handle everything. We live about an hour away. They removed the pad and placed blowers and dehumidifiers. Abe came out and cleaned my sofa and love seat. Did a fantastic job on some very hard stains and explained the process and what he was doing. Very friendly and hard working. Will most surely have him back for any future cleaning needs.
