We had a water leak in a 3’ square closet in our finished basement. For pulling up the carpeting in the area and putting 2 fans and a humidifier on it for two days they charged us over $800. They also pulled off baseboards (which didn’t need to be taken off) and then left without putting anything back together. I consider this an exorbitant price for 1/2 a job. I would not recommend them to anyone.

I had Service Master provided for us by our insurance after our roof leaked and they needed to take down some ceiling drywall to be replaced. They are the most respectful and knowledgeable people I've had do any work in our house. I couldn't be more pleased with them! They made sure I was comfortable with the plan they made and every step of the way they informed me what was happening. They made sure my items where cared for and cleaned everything so well.
