We used ServiceMaster by Griffing for both mitigation and restoration due to a frozen water pipe that burst in February 2025. The team was awesome — kept disruption to a minimum. The workers were polite and professional and did a complete cleanup when finished. We would use ServiceMaster by Griffing again!
The team at service master restore was from start to finish phenomenal..excellent team. Worked very clean. Made me feel very at ease, after my house was flooded and had completely gutted. Kept me up in the loop with everything going on daily, on the phone,as well as updating me with pictures. Want to give thanks to sandy,dawn,jeff,gary,braedyn,zach,corey,raul,quadir,dave,tomaso,ed,ryan,russ.i apologize if I left anyone out...I highly recommend them
Strung along for close to 2 months to be told they dont want the job- out of their scope. What the hell takes 2 months to decide you cant do the job.
All work was done as explained Gary, Raul, and Russell were all respectful and worked diligently to complete this project
