I cannot say enough about the great experience I had with your office. From the owner calling me in a Sunday after I sent email for Water Mitigation services to each and every member of your team. I would like to acknowledge Gary, Jacob, Dale, Kara, Dominic and Cory, for their hard work, professionalism and kindness, working with each and one of them was just a huge pleasure. We had an unexpected flooding situation at or home back in January of this year. We would like to begin our review with Gary in charge of your Mitigation team. What a wonderful job his team did not only with the cleaning, but with the explanations provided by the company, what we can expect, and the time needed to complete the job. I can’t say enough good things about Service Master Restore! I had an a/c water line clog in the attic and ended up with a ceiling collapsing in one room and another waiting to collapse. The crew did an incredible job of cleaning up, packing furniture and boxes for storage, making sure everything was dry, sanitizing to make sure there would be no mold or mildew problems, and finally vacuuming.
